Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across a defined market. You will supervise in-store teams, ensure planogram compliance, and manage project delivery with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail merchandising or related field.
• Ability to read planograms and follow project instructions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the assigned territory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects and inspect completed work against standards.
• Serve as in-market contact and build relationships with store management and client reps.
• Submit accurate, on-time project reporting via mobile apps.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and address unsafe conditions.
• Lead training and onboarding of associates when requested.
