Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across assigned markets. You will perform resets, installations, and in-store projects while supervising a team of merchandising associates.

The role requires 2+ years in retail merchandising, strong planogram skills, and the ability to travel; safety and quality are priorities for every project.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or fixture installation field experience.
• Experience leading or directing field associates.
• Read and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
• Proficient with smartphones/tablets for reporting.
• Forklift and aerial lift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
• Willing to travel within the assigned market and neighboring markets.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on setup.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities, resets, planograms, displays, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects; communicate instructions and sequence tasks.
• Serve as in-market point of contact; build relationships with store management and clients.
• Complete accurate project reporting (visits, photos, data) via mobile apps.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and correct unsafe conditions on site.
• Escalate coverage gaps and client/store issues promptly.
• Lead the in-store team to complete projects on time and to standard.
