Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising in an assigned market. The role requires hands-on merchandising, setup, and supervision of a team across multiple store locations, with regular travel as needed to neighboring markets.

You will ensure planogram compliance, proper tool use, safety, and timely reporting, while coaching associates and coordinating with the District Manager for staffing and scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or similar field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities including resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work against standards.
• Serve as in-market point of contact; build relationships with store management and client reps.
• Complete accurate project reporting (visits, photos, data) through mobile apps and systems.
