Job summary

Channel Partners, LLC is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field-based merchandising across an assigned market. You will personally perform merchandising, resets, installations, and guide in-store teams to meet quality and timeline targets.

The role requires 2+ years of field experience, strong planogram skills, a valid driver’s license, and readiness to travel. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or comparable field experience
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory — resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate project instructions, sequence tasks on site, and inspect completed work against standards
• Serve as the in-market contact; build strong relationships with store management and client representatives
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting (visit completion, photos, data) through mobile apps and verify accuracy
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines
• Enforce safety standards on site and correct unsafe conditions or behavior
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and issues to the District Manager promptly
• Lead the in-store team to complete projects on time with quality
• Train and coach associates on merchandising, installation, safety, and retailer requirements
• Provide input on associate performance and participate in interviews/onboarding as requested
