Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a dedicated Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across an assigned market. This full-time role involves hands-on merchandising, resets, installations, and directing in-store teams to ensure high-quality, on-time results.

You will train associates, review plans and standards, and report progress through mobile apps while coordinating travel between stores and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or related field.
• Experience leading field associates, formal or informal.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory—resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work against standards.
• Serve as in-market point of contact; maintain relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting via company mobile apps and verify reporting accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and correct unsafe conditions or behavior.
• Escalate coverage gaps and issues to District Manager promptly.
• Lead the in-store team to complete projects on time and with quality.
• Train and coach team on merchandising, installation, safety, and retailer requirements.
• Provide input on associate performance and participate in interviews/onboarding as requested.
