Qualifications

• Experience leading or directing field associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across assigned territory.
• Direct in-store team on projects; communicate instructions and inspect work.
• Serve as in-market point of contact with store management and clients.
• Complete on-time project reporting through mobile apps and systems.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and address issues promptly.
• Lead team in quality and on-time completion of projects.
• Train and coach associates on standards and safety.
