Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising across a defined market. You will train and direct a team, ensure planogram compliance, and maintain strong client relationships while traveling between stores to meet project timelines.

The role requires 2+ years in retail merchandising, ability to interpret planograms, and a valid driver’s license, with a field-based travel schedule across markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail merchandising or related field.
• Experience leading field associates or projects.
• Ability to interpret planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel across the market and neighboring markets.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Must maintain personal toolkit per policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising across assigned territory.
• Direct in-store team and inspect work for quality and safety.
• Serve as in-market point of contact with store management and clients.
• Complete on-time project reports via company apps.
• Plan daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and proper tool use.
• Escalate staffing issues to the District Manager.
• Lead team to complete projects with quality and timeliness.
• Train and coach associates on standards and safety.
• Support hiring and onboarding as requested.
