Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is hiring a Sales Merchandiser to drive in-store standards and sales. You will work under the Market Sales Manager with daily updates to the Territory Sales Lead, handling displays, resets and customer interactions.

The role requires physical tasks, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and a valid driver’s license with travel to multiple locations. Benefits are available for full and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product features and benefits.
• Execute projects, resets, and displays accurately per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
