Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser in the United States to execute brand standards, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager with daily coordination to the Territory Sales Lead.

Typical duties include building rapport with store teams, educating staff on product lines, executing displays, and maintaining accuracy to meet client requirements. Requires flexibility, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours including nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Educate customers on our client’s brands and product lines.
• Execute tasks, projects, and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to exceed client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute assigned projects maintaining account aesthetics.
• Communicate daily activities and sales opportunities to the Territory Sales Lead.
