Job summary

Spectrum Brands is seeking a District Merchandiser to service our products in major retailers across the territory. You will perform store resets, educate staff, and promote our consumer brands in busy retail locations.

Responsibilities include visiting multiple stores daily, driving brand awareness, and communicating inventory opportunities to the sales team. Candidates should be able to travel and work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of sales or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store presentation: build displays, fixtures, shelf maintenance and POP.
• Identify opportunities for extra display space to drive volume.
• Provide product knowledge training to store personnel.
• Cover multiple stores daily in a defined territory.
• Generate sales by increasing brand awareness in assigned stores.
• Participate in promotional events in the territory.
• Assist and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safe work practices and company policies.
