Spectrum Brands is seeking a District Merchandiser to service products in national retailers like The Home Depot and Lowe's. You will manage your territory, perform store resets, and promote Spectrum Brands' consumer products through direct consumer interactions.

A reliable vehicle and flexible hours are required. Responsibilities include building displays, training store personnel, traveling within territory, and reporting inventory opportunities to the Sales team.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years sales or retail experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Maintain store presentation and sets in assigned stores.
• Identify opportunities for incremental display space to drive volume.
• Provide product knowledge training to store personnel to drive sales.
• Cover multiple stores daily in assigned territory.
• Generate sales by increasing brand awareness and trial through direct consumer interactions.
• Participate in promotional events in the territory.
• Assist and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
