Spectrum Brands’ Home & Garden division is seeking a District Merchandiser to service big box retailers across the assigned territory, including travel to stores such as The Home Depot and Lowe's. You will set up displays, perform store resets, and promote our consumer products to end customers.

You must work independently, maintain excellent store relationships, and relay inventory and opportunity feedback to the Spectrum Brands sales team.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required or significant prior work experience.
• 1–2 years of sales or retail experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Mansioni

• Maintain store presentation standards with displays, fixtures, set changes, shelf maintenance, and POP installation.
• Identify opportunities for incremental display space to drive volume goals.
• Provide product knowledge training to store personnel to boost end-user sales.
• Cover multiple stores daily within the assigned territory.
• Generate sales by increasing brand awareness and trial through consumer interactions.
• Participate in promotional events within the territory and support inventory/sales needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and safe work practices across all stores.
