Job summary

Max Distributing is seeking energetic retail merchandisers to visit stores within an assigned geography across the United States. You will build relationships with store personnel, take product orders, and ensure displays and stock are maintained according to plan-o-grams.

Ideal candidates can travel up to 50% of the time, lift up to 25–50 lbs, and are comfortable using smartphones or tablets for daily tasks. A valid U.S. driver's license is required and you must be 18+.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Able to lift 25lbs regularly and 50lbs on occasion.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license for the last 3 years.
• Complete multiple store visits per day and drive up to 100 miles daily.
• Capable of climbing and working at heights 9–12 feet.
• Able to visually inspect and adjust product displays.
• Frequent bending: stoop, kneel, crouch.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Comfort using a smartphone/tablet daily.
• Willingness to travel beyond geography with advance notice (overnight travel).

Responsibilities

• Build professional relationships with Store Management and Associates and educate them on products and reorder process.
• Take orders for a variety of products and enter orders in the mobile app.
• Ensure products are displayed and fully stocked; adjust stock per plan-o-gram.
• Report service visits with photos via mobile app.
• Place signage, pricing or store collateral during visits as needed.
