Job summary

Spectrum Brands, Inc. is seeking a District Merchandiser to service our products in big box retailers across a defined territory. You will set up displays, train staff, and drive in-store sales while building loyalty with store personnel and customers.

You must travel extensively, manage multiple stores, and adhere to safety and company policies. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or significant prior work experience.
• 1–2 years of sales or retail experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store presentation, build displays and manage sets.
• Identify opportunities for additional display space to drive volumes.
• Provide product knowledge training to store personnel.
• Cover multiple stores daily within territory.
• Generate sales by increasing brand awareness and trial.
• Participate in promotional events in the territory.
• Assist and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety practices and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
