Job summary

Spectrum Brands is seeking a District Merchandiser to service our products in major retailers across a defined territory. You will set up displays, train store personnel, and drive sales by engaging with consumers and promoting our brands in-store.

You will travel within the territory, stock shelves, and participate in promotions while maintaining safety and policy standards. A high school diploma and driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years of sales/retail experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store presentation standards and install displays.
• Identify opportunities for additional display space.
• Provide product knowledge training to store personnel.
• Cover multiple stores daily within the territory.
• Generate sales by increasing brand awareness and trials.
• Participate in promotional events in the territory.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to safety practices.
• Comply with company policies.
