L&R is a leading cosmetics distributor seeking a Field Merchandiser to stock, display, and reset product layouts in assigned stores across the West, Central, and East regions. The role includes implementing planograms, organizing displays, and maintaining retailer standards.

Territories include Escondido, CA and nearby areas. Hours are up to 24 per week with potential to transition to full-time after 60 days if performance meets thresholds. Benefits are available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Merchandising or retail experience required.
• Familiarity with resets and planograms preferred.
• Retail sales and basic inventory knowledge a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use a ladder safely.

Responsibilities

• Place inventory orders per store guidelines using tablet and scanner.
• Service store routes and coordinate with District Manager.
• Implement planograms and reset displays to plan specifications.
• Maintain retailer standards and complete task forms with photos.
• Communicate professionally with store management and staff.
• Conduct store surveys and assist with additional stores as needed.
