National Federation of Independent Business is seeking a Membership Sales Representative to engage small business owners in person, present the NFIB value, and close memberships with a proven sales process. This hunter/closer role offers performance-based pay, full benefits after 30 days, and uncapped earning potential.

You’ll work face-to-face in community settings, meeting owners where they are, and contribute to NFIB’s national advocacy for free enterprise.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face community-based sales role.
• Hunter/closer mindset with a proven sales model.
• Willingness to follow a proven sales process and adapt in live conversations.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB’s 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly and compellingly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
