Global Medical Response invites an accomplished Membership Sales Manager to Olathe, KS, focused on AMCN memberships. The role blends 90% fieldwork with a hybrid schedule, targeting local residents and businesses across multiple KS counties.

You will develop a strong pipeline, nurture relationships, and close memberships through consultative selling in a community-focused environment. Base pay options and uncapped commissions drive earnings potential, with an emphasis on service and trust.

Qualificações

• High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
• 3+ years of field sales experience in B2C or B2B, including cold calling and active prospecting.
• Working knowledge of healthcare services, insurance products, or emergency medical transportation preferred.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with community audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Local Impact: spend ~90% of time in the field engaging with local businesses and residents to promote AMCN membership in Olathe, KS and nearby communities.
• Develop Relationships: identify and cultivate new leads through events, partnerships, referrals, HOA involvement, and networking.
• Sales Process Management: manage full cycle from initial contact through enrollment with a consultative approach.
• Champion with Purpose: act as a local brand ambassador at health fairs, meetings, and business events to raise trust and awareness.
