Job summary

Global Medical Response (GMR) seeks a locally rooted Membership Sales Manager in Concord, CA. The role is hybrid, with 90% field work in the market and 10% remote, targeting both businesses and individuals to grow AMCN memberships.

You will develop leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships. The successful candidate will drive the full sales cycle with a consultative approach while building trusted relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and a valid driver's license.
• 3 years of field sales experience in B2C or B2B environments.
• Experience in relationship-driven, territory-based, or community-focused markets is a plus.
• Industry knowledge in healthcare, insurance, or emergency medical transport is valued.

Responsibilities

• Field-based sales: spend ~90% of time in Concord and surrounding areas engaging local businesses and consumers.
• Develop new leads via door-to-door outreach, cold calls, referrals, events, and community networks.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to close using a consultative approach.
• Represent AMCN as a trusted local partner at civic and business organizations to strengthen brand awareness.
