NFIB is seeking a Membership Sales Representative in a hybrid field-based role. You will directly engage small business owners, deliver NFIB's concise sales presentation, and build rapport to promote NFIB membership.

Ideal candidates are mission-driven, self-starting, and coachable, with or without prior sales experience. You will work to close enrollments in a single visit and receive comprehensive benefits and earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for in-person engagement.
• Ability to follow a proven sales process and close memberships.
• Willingness to work in a hunter/closer model with no post-sale account management.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB's proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB's mission clearly and compellingly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
