Job summary

Stryker's Interventional Spine (IVS) division seeks an Associate Sales Representative to support territory growth in Florida. In this field-based role, you will partner with experienced sales colleagues to engage healthcare providers, assist with clinical procedures, and drive product adoption across OR, clinic, and procedural settings.

You will build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and staff, manage inventory and case preparation, and help educate customers on our minimally invasive spine

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
