Job summary

Dane Street, LLC is seeking a part-time Medical Assistant to support field operations across California, enabling in-person and remote evaluations. You will ensure the day is organized, professional, and efficient for the examining physician and examinee, with a focus on following clinical workflows and maintaining neutrality.

The role requires travel to multiple examination locations, assisting with measurements, documenting results, and coordinating equipment and supplies while upholding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CMA/RMA certification current.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to examination locations and prepare rooms and materials.
• Obtain routine measurements and assist with positioning.
• Greet examinees and verify identity, provide instructions.
• Maintain neutrality and professional boundaries during evaluations.
• Document information accurately and maintain PHI securely.
• Support physicians during evaluations to maintain workflow.
