Dane Street is seeking a field-based Medical Assistant to support examination days across California. You will help prepare examination rooms, assist physicians, and manage patient flow, ensuring a professional and efficient evaluation process.

The role emphasizes neutrality, documentation accuracy, and adaptability to multiple sites and specialties, with travel and field responsibilities central to daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred but not required.
• Current CMA or RMA certification required.
• Minimum one year of Medical Assistant or comparable healthcare support experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
• Ability to meet physical and travel requirements.
• Valid California driver's license with clean driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to examination locations and prepare rooms, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain and transport examination equipment and supplies.
• Complete travel, mileage, expense, examination, and operational documentation.
• Greet examinees, verify identity, and provide logistical instructions.
• Obtain routine measurements and assist with positioning as directed.
• Serve as a professional chaperone when requested.
