Qualifikationen

• Minimum one year of Medical Assistant or healthcare support experience preferred.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive medical-legal information.
• Ability to remain neutral in workers’ compensation environments.
• Valid California driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

• Ability to meet the physical and travel requirements of the position.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate examination logistics and travel to multiple CA locations.
• Prepare rooms, equipment, forms, records, and required materials ahead of evaluations.
• Assist with obtaining vital signs, measurements, and positioning as directed by the physician.
• Chaperone patients when requested or required.
• Maintain neutrality and professional boundaries throughout the evaluation process and document information accurately.
• Communicate operational needs to physicians, site staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows.
• Support physicians and examination teams to maintain efficient examination-day operations.
• Manage travel documentation and expense reporting in line with policy.
