Dane Street, LLC in California is seeking a part-time Medical Assistant to support field operations and examiner logistics during in-person and remote evaluations. You will travel to examination locations, prepare rooms and materials, collect routine measurements, and assist physicians to maintain a smooth evaluation day.

This role requires neutrality, confidentiality, and professional interaction with examinees and physicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred but not required.
• Current CMA or RMA credential preferred but not required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred and may be required based on assignment and company policy.
• Minimum one year of Medical Assistant or comparable healthcare support experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Travel to examination locations and prepare rooms, equipment, forms, records, and materials.
• Maintain, transport, inventory, and store examination equipment and supplies.
• Complete travel, mileage, expense, examination, and operational documentation on time.
• Greet examinees, verify identity, and provide logistical instructions for the process.
• Obtain routine measurements and assist with ROM measurements and positioning as requested.
