Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain construction equipment, highway trucks, trailers, and related fleet devices. You will work independently and support field operations with mobile repairs as needed.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, perform preventive maintenance, weld and fabricate as required, and travel occasionally to job sites to keep equipment in peak condition.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing construction equipment, trucks, trailers, or similar heavy equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with electric and air brake systems.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems preferred.
• Welding and light fabrication experience preferred.
• Class A CDL with tanker endorsement preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally for field repairs.
• Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance needs.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on equipment and fleet vehicles.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on electric and air brake systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Complete welding and light fabrication as needed.
• Travel occasionally to jobsites for mobile repairs.
• Operate a mechanic/service truck and drive heavy trucks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow safety, equipment, and driving policies.
• Support field operations and maintenance teams.
