Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or coursework in construction, engineering, geology, or related field is a plus.
• 0-3 years of field-based outdoor or physically demanding work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles.

Responsabilités

• Conduct field and laboratory testing of soil, concrete, asphalt, aggregate, and other construction materials to verify compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Properly collect, label, and transport samples from job sites to laboratories for testing and analysis.
• Prepare detailed test reports, logs, and documentation for project managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain testing equipment and ensure it remains in good working order.
• Communicate status, site conditions, and issues with dispatch, supervisors, and managers.
