Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or coursework in construction, engineering, geology, or a related field is a plus.
• 0-3 years of field-based outdoor or physically demanding work preferred; construction, materials testing, geotechnical, or related experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field and laboratory testing of soil, concrete, asphalt, aggregate, and other construction materials to verify compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Collect, label, and transport samples from job sites to laboratories for testing and analysis.
• Maintain testing equipment and ensure accurate documentation of results and site conditions.
