Building & Earth Sciences, Inc is seeking a Construction Materials Testing Level II Technician in Oklahoma City. The role requires field testing, observations, sample prep, and documentation of soil, concrete, grout, mortar and asphalt on site.

Night shifts and some weekend work are expected, with a flexible schedule and reliable transportation to the branch. Applicants should have at least 1 year of CMT experience and ACI Concrete Certification plus ICC Soils Special Inspector certification, or

• HS diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications required.
• Must pass tests and/or achieve valid signatures.
• Able to prepare and report clear test records and reports.
• Proficiency with computers and standard software needed.
• Willing to learn company software and follow directions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform tests and inspections according to project requirements with minimal supervision.
• Submit daily field reports documenting testing, inspections and observations.
• Identify non-conforming items and report to supervision.
• Calibrate and maintain equipment per codes and standards.
• Operate a nuclear density gauge safely and in compliance with policy.
• Demonstrate competency in One-Point Proctor testing in the field.
• Read plans and specifications accurately and monitor asphalt placement as needed.
