UES is seeking motivated individuals for our Construction Materials Testing (CMT) teams across Kentucky. An entry to advanced level track is available, with hands-on field work on roads, bridges, schools, and infrastructure projects.

We value reliability and willingness to learn, offering training, certifications, and growth as you progress through Technician I to Technician IV levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical training helpful.
• Experience with field testing and documentation is preferred.
• Willingness to travel, read specifications, and operate testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing on construction materials including soils, concrete, and asphalt.
• Conduct density testing and sampling with appropriate equipment.
• Observe activities and verify compliance with project specs and safety rules.
• Prepare clear field reports and communicate findings to engineers and managers.
• Maintain calibration and proper use of testing equipment and PPE.
