Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Materials Coordinator to support the Williams Aquila Project in Eagle Mountain, Utah. The role focuses on material receipt, inspection, put-away, storage, kitting, and safe distribution to construction crews.

You will work with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and field teams to ensure accurate inventory, timely deliveries, and compliance with QA/QC requirements. Per diem eligibility applies and travel may reach 25%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience managing materials for a warehouse or lay-down yard, with EPC project exposure preferred.
• Understanding of receiving, counting, inspecting, storage, and issuance of material.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Certified forklift operator or ability to obtain certification soon after hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory is handled and stored safely per requirements.
• Receive, inspect, count, and reconcile materials at site/warehouse/yard.
• Direct distribution of materials to trucks to ensure safe transport.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and crews on material issues.
• Maintain QA/QC receiving and issuing processes for timely material flow.
• Plan bundling, staging, and kitting to streamline construction materials.
• Perform on-site material audits and maintain yard records.
• Input data for project materials in inventory system for real-time reporting.
• Support project closeout for materials and POs.
