Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a Materials Coordinator for the Williams Aquila Project in Eagle Mountain, Utah. This field-based role supports material receipt, inspection, put-away, storage, kitting, and distribution to construction activities.

You will manage on-site inventory, QA/QC processes, and coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and construction teams. Requires 3 years’ materials experience and forklift certification; per diem may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience managing materials for a warehouse or lay-down yard; EPC projects in the electric power delivery sector.
• Understanding of receiving processes related to counts, inspections, inventory, storage, and issuance of material.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certified Forklift Operator 8K–55K telescoping lifts and skid-steers or ability to obtain certification soon upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all inventory is handled and stored safely according to requirements and specifications.
• Receives, counts, inspects materials delivered to site/warehouse; reconciles QA/QC discrepancies, overages, shortages, or damage.
• Directs distribution of materials and equipment to trucks for safe transport to/from sites.
• Coordinates between project managers, engineering, suppliers, and construction teams to resolve material issues.
• Manages QA/QC receiving and issuing of material for safe, timely receipt and issue.
