Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction, supply chain, operations management or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in capital equipment material control preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on site experience in complex construction environments.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction Certificate; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Experience with materials management software and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of material control processes, procedures and tools.
• Review shipment release requests and ensure approvals per PO terms.
• Advise stakeholders on shipment releases and authorization process.
• Administer MRRs, MIRs and OS&Ds.
• Maintain a materials preservation register.
• Identify and address material control risks.
• Coordinate OS&D resolution with project/department teams.
