Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent project experience required.
• 2–5 years of experience in capital equipment material control preferred.
• 2+ years of on-site experience in large-scale construction.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction Certificate; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Experience with Materials Management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of material control processes and tools.
• Review shipment release requests and ensure PO terms are met.
• Advise stakeholders on shipment releases and authorization processes.
• Administer MRRs, MIRs, and OS&Ds.
• Maintain material control documentation in a repository.
• Identify material control risks and propose remedies.
• Coordinate OS&D resolution with project teams.
