Celonis is seeking a Field Marketing Lead for the North America market to drive demand across Consumer & Life Sciences industries. You will partner with NA sales, partners, and global programs to build campaigns that educate, engage, and convert at scale.

You will design and execute end-to-end marketing programs, events, and ABM initiatives, aligning with corporate marketing and GTM teams to maximize pipeline and revenue growth in a fast-paced, transformative environment.

Aufgaben

• Build the yearly industry demand generation plan with NA sales leaders to align goals and drive programs with account executives, BDRs, partners, digital marketing and global programs team
• Design and execute strategic marketing campaigns across a broad mix of tactics to achieve pipeline goals
• Evaluate and select key industry events and roundtables, owning the event strategy from creation to execution
• Design and run Celonis-hosted webinars and in-person events to reach prospects and customers
• Create new programs for account-based marketing and pipeline acceleration
• Scale demand creation with partners to increase awareness, create pipeline and support partner campaign toolkits
• Collaborate with the global digital marketing team to execute campaigns via email, LinkedIn and other channels
• Collaborate with partner marketing to scale demand creation with partners and increase pipeline
• Work with global campaigns to adapt for Consumer and Life Sciences industry marketing
• Develop campaigns-in-a-box for Consumer and Life Sciences use cases not covered by global campaigns team
• Collaborate with corporate marketing and go-to-market teams to plan and host flagship Process Intelligence initiatives
