Lonza is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager – Cell Discovery to lead strategic marketing initiatives across global teams. You will translate scientific concepts into customer-focused campaigns, collaborating with Sales, R&D, and Marketing Communications to accelerate demand, engagement, and portfolio growth.

You will manage digital experiences, content, and events while leveraging marketing automation and analytics to optimize ROI.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, or related field required; PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Plan and coordinate digital, content, email, webinar, social media and event marketing initiatives.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables and KPIs to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive campaign effectiveness.
• Map and optimize customer journeys to address needs and support goals.
• Leverage analytics tools to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Translate scientific concepts into compelling customer messaging and high-value content.
• Support development of webinars, white papers, and case studies.
