Job summary

Chervon North America, Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to manage daily activities within an established US territory, focusing on training and merchandising for strategic retail partners.

You will drive sales and brand awareness through consultative selling, demonstrations, and store-level training while building strong relationships with partners and customers. The role requires some nights/weekends and travel up to 30% with potential international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related business field.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work cross-functionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Able to stand for long periods and demonstrate tools and build displays.
• Valid driver’s license; travel required, including potential international travel.

Responsibilities

• Execute top-of-line sales and service to retail partners and consumers while educating them on Chervon branded products and the industry.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon product across the retail environment.
• Ensure Chervon products within retail partners are merchandised to effectively drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumers, retail partners and internal associates.
• Monitor and analyze weekly/monthly comparable sales and provide recommendations to drive sales at stores.
• Initiate and execute in-store product training with retail associates.
• Develop and execute creative demonstration events and store walks to drive sales.
