Job summary

Chervon North America, Inc is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to manage and grow our presence with strategic retail partners in an established US territory. You will train staff, merchandise displays, and execute demonstrations to boost sales and brand awareness.

Responsibilities include educating partners on Chervon products, developing champion advocates in stores, and building strong retailer relationships. Travel in-territory daily with up to 30% overnight travel needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business field.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work some nights and weekends.
• Capable of standing for extended periods while demonstrating tools and building displays.
• Valid driver’s license; travel may be required, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Execute top-of-line sales and service to retail partners and consumers while educating them on Chervon branded products.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon product across the retail environment.
• Ensure Chervon products within retail partners are merchandised to effectively drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumers, retail partners and internal associates.
• Monitor weekly/monthly comparable sales and provide recommendations to drive sales.
• Initiate and execute in-store product training with retail associates.
• Develop and execute in-store demonstrations and store walks to drive sales.
