Job summary

Spotfire, a business unit of Cloud Software Group, seeks an energetic Events/Marketing Support specialist to drive onsite and digital event execution. You will coordinate booth operations, manage webinars, and ensure clean lead data for CRM routing. Strong HubSpot, social, and data skills are essential for timely follow-up and ROI reporting.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, and GTM teams to maximize attendance, engagement, and pipeline influence across regional events and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years in marketing support, event coordination, social media management, or sales operations (B2B SaaS/enterprise tech preferred).
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and social platforms; familiarity with ZoomInfo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onsite Event Execution: assist booth setup, vendor coordination, materials packing/shipping, and staff support.
• Digital Event Support: manage virtual events/webinars, registrations, and live broadcast back-end.
• Lead Capture Setup: deploy lead capture tools for attendee data collection.
• Lead List Processing: clean/format attendee lists for CRM upload.
• Routing & CRM Assistance: ensure proper lead routing in HubSpot.
• Sales Follow-Up Support: assist sales with timely outreach and status updates.
• Reporting Assistance: gather metrics on engagement and ROI.
