Chervon North America is seeking an Entry-Level Field Marketing Representative to manage daily retail partner activities in Akron, OH. You will train staff, merchandise displays, and drive sales through demonstrations and consultative selling.

This role requires building strong relationships, coordinating cross-functionally, and occasional travel up to 30% including overnight and some international travel. A bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is preferred; you must be able to lift

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related business field required.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work some nights and weekends.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field marketing activities with retail partners.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon products in stores.
• Merchandise products to drive sales at retail partners.
• Build relationships with consumers, partners and internal teams.
• Monitor weekly/monthly sales and adjust strategies to boost performance.
• Travel within territory daily with up to 30% overnight travel.
