Chervon North America in Spokane, WA seeks an Entry Level Field Marketing Representative to manage daily retail partner activity, training and merchandising, and to drive sales and brand awareness through demonstrations and consultative selling.

You will build relationships with retailers and customers, execute in-store events, and monitor weekly sales while traveling up to 30% and occasionally internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel; valid driver's license.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• International travel to global HQ may be required.

Responsabilités

• Execute top-of-line sales and service to retail partners and consumers while educating them on Chervon branded products and the industry.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon product across the retail environment.
• Ensure Chervon products within retail partners are merchandised to effectively drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumers, retail partners and internal associates.
• Monitor and analyze weekly/monthly comparable sales while providing and executing recommendations on strategies to help drive sales at assigned stores.
• Initiate and execute in-store product training with retail associates.
• Develop and execute creative demonstration events and specific store walks to help drive sales in the retail environment
