Job summary

Chervon North America, Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to manage retail partnerships, train staff, and drive sales and brand awareness. You will execute demonstrations, support store events, and build strong relationships with retailers and consumers within your territory.

This role requires travel up to 30% (including nights/weekends) and a base salary around mid $50k with bonus potential. A relevant degree and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and cross-functional work.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Willingness to work some nights and weekends.
• Able to lift heavy tools over 50 lbs and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales and educate retail partners on Chervon branded products.
• Train and develop product champions in the retail environment.
• Merchandise products to drive sales in partner stores.
• Build relationships with consumers, partners and internal teams.
• Monitor weekly/monthly sales and suggest strategic changes.
• Lead in-store product training and store walks.
• Plan and run creative demonstrations and events.
