Job summary

Chervon North America, Inc. seeks a Field Marketing Representative to manage and train retail partners, drive brand awareness, and increase sales through demonstrations and merchandising.

You will develop relationships, conduct in-store events, and analyze sales to optimize performance within an assigned US territory. The role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to travel, with a base salary in the mid-50k range plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Ability to build strong relationships and work cross-functionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Capable of standing for long periods while demonstrating tools and building displays.
• Able to lift tools over 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license; travel may be required, including international travel.
• Base Salary: mid $50k plus bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Execute top-of-line sales and service to retail partners and consumers.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon products across retail.
• Ensure retail displays are merchandised to drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumers and partners.
• Monitor weekly/monthly sales and advise on growth strategies.
• Lead in-store product training with retail staff.
• Create and run in-store demonstrations and store walks.
