Chervon North America, Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to manage daily activities, train staff, and merchandise at strategic retail partners.

The role focuses on strengthening relationships, driving sales and brand awareness through demonstrations and consultative selling. The position requires travel within the US territory, including nights and weekends, with base salary in the mid-$50k range plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Pending graduation or bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related business field.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work cross-functionally.
• Proficient in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work some nights and weekends.
• Capable of staying on your feet for long periods and lifting tools over 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license; travel will be required, including potential international travel.

Aufgaben

• Execute top-of-line sales and service to retail partners and consumers while educating them on Chervon branded products.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon product across the retail environment.
• Ensure Chervon products within retail partners are merchandised to drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumers, retail partners and internal associates.
• Monitor weekly/monthly comparable sales and provide recommendations to drive sales at stores.
• Initiate in-store product training with retail associates.
• Develop and execute in-store demonstrations and store walks to drive sales.
