Proofpoint is seeking a results-driven Manager, Field Marketing Programs for the Americas, to lead regional marketing campaigns that drive demand, accelerate pipeline, and support revenue growth. This role partners with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams to align regional priorities with global initiatives and ensure scalable program delivery across all territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing experience, including leadership roles.
• Extensive experience with Marketo and Salesforce.com; Marketo certification a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage campaigns including Marketo builds, emails, landing pages, and audience management.
• Coordinate regional marketing programs like roadshows, seminars, virtual events, and industry events.
• Lead multilingual virtual events for thousands of attendees with seamless speaker and attendee experience.
• Ensure accurate lead management and reporting in Salesforce.
• Oversee vendor relationships, event logistics, and promotional item sourcing.
