Proofpoint is seeking a results-driven Manager, Field Marketing Programs for the Americas to lead regional campaigns and partner with Sales and global marketing. You will guide a team to plan, build, and optimize programs across events, emails, and digital channels to accelerate pipeline.

You will manage campaign setup in Marketo and reporting in Salesforce, mentor a high-performing team, and ensure flawless execution across multilingual events.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 7+ years of marketing experience including people leadership.
• Experience with Marketo and Salesforce.com.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage regional marketing campaigns in Marketo and across channels.
• Coordinate campaigns: emails, landing pages, audiences, and reporting.
• Lead large multilingual virtual event programs.
• Ensure accurate lead management and regional alignment.
• Oversee vendor management and procurement for events.
• Support onsite events as needed.
