Job summary

Chervon North America is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to manage and train retail partners across an established US territory. You will drive sales and brand awareness through in-store demonstrations and consultative selling, while building strong retailer relationships.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, ability to travel (including some nights/weekends), and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business field.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work cross-functionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work some nights and weekends.
• Able to stand for long periods while demonstrating tools and building displays.
• Valid driver's license with travel required (including potential international travel).
• Base Salary: mid $50k plus bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Execute top-of-line sales and service to retail partners and consumers while educating them on Chervon branded products.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon product across the retail environment.
• Ensure Chervon products within retail partners are merchandised to effectively drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumers, retail partners and internal associates.
• Monitor and analyze weekly/monthly comparable sales while providing recommendations to drive sales at stores.
• Initiate and execute in-store product training with retail associates.
• Develop and execute creative demonstrations and store walks to drive sales in the retail environment.
