T-Mobile is seeking a Marketing Operations & Field Programs Manager to build and maintain the vendor infrastructure for nationwide field activations. You will own onboarding, procurement partnerships, and vendor performance to ensure compliant, scalable field programs.

The role emphasizes operational enablement, asset repositories, and tools that streamline local activations across a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience; advanced degree with 1 year is acceptable.
• Experience in marketing operations, vendor management, or field programs with procurement responsibility.
• Ability to manage end-to-end vendor relationships and contracts.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end vendor onboarding and management for field marketing execution.
• Develop onboarding criteria for capability fit, pricing, compliance, and diversity.
• Lead vendor performance reviews, SLA tracking, and issue resolution.
• Partner with procurement on SOWs, POs, renewals, and compliance.
• Maintain a vendor registry with categorized, geographic visibility.
• Identify friction points and build processes to improve field capabilities.
