Résumé du poste

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Operations & Field Programs Manager to build and maintain the vendor infrastructure that supports field execution. You will own onboarding, procurement partnerships, and vendor performance, ensuring brand-compliant materials and scalable capabilities across a distributed team.

The role emphasizes process design, tool optimization, and budget oversight, with travel for vendor site visits and program activations as needed. Remote role with periodic travel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience. Or, advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience. Or, combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
  • 4+ years in marketing operations, vendor management, field programs, or a related role with direct responsibility for procurement partnerships and operational process design.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships end-to-end - from sourcing and onboarding through contract management and performance review.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain operational processes in a distributed or field-based environment.
  • Comfortable navigating corporate procurement processes - SOWs, POs, vendor compliance requirements - and translating those requirements for field-facing teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple vendor relationships and operational workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience in telecom, broadband, or a consumer business with a field sales or local marketing component preferred.
  • Familiarity with creative asset management platforms, swag/merchandise ordering tools, or field enablement systems preferred.
  • Background in field marketing, event marketing, or brand activation - understands what field teams actually need operationally preferred.
  • Experience working with legal and procurement on vendor contracts and compliance documentation preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsabilités

  • Vendor Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end process for identifying, evaluating, onboarding, and managing vendors that support field marketing execution - including canvassing partners, event staffing agencies, print and fulfillment vendors, promotional merchandise suppliers, and local media partners.
  • Onboarding Standards: Develop and maintain clear criteria for why a vendor gets brought on: capability fit, geographic coverage, pricing benchmarks, compliance requirements, diversity and inclusion considerations, and track record. Document those standards so decisions are defensible and repeatable.
  • Vendor Performance: Manage active vendor relationships - conduct regular performance reviews, track SLA compliance, resolve issues before they become field disruptions, and make recommendations on continuation, expansion, or termination.
  • Procurement Partnership: Serve as the primary liaison between the field marketing team and T-Mobile's procurement function - managing SOWs, POs, and contract renewals in partnership with legal and procurement, and keeping field leaders informed on vendor status and timelines.
  • Vendor Registry: Maintain a vendor registry that gives the field team a clear, current view of approved partners by category and geography - so MAMs and Regional Field Leads aren't sourcing ad hoc.
  • Creative Repository: Own the creative asset repository - the centralized library where field teams access brand-approved templates, campaign materials, photography, copy guides, and customizable collateral. Keep it current, organized, and actually usable.
  • Swag & Collateral Tools: Manage swag and promotional merchandise ordering systems - from vendor selection to ordering platform configuration to fulfillment tracking. The field team should be able to order what they need without a manual workaround.
  • Capability Development: Identify operational friction points in how the field team accesses tools, materials, and vendor support - and build the processes or systems to remove them. This includes onboarding new MAMs and Regional Field Leads to available capabilities.
  • Scaling Support: Partner with the broader Field Marketing Strategy & Operations team to scope and implement new operational capabilities as the field program scales - evaluating new tools, platforms, and vendor categories as needs evolve.
  • Team Budget Ownership: Own the Field Marketing Strategy & Operations team budget - managing total spend across vendor contracts, field programs, creative production, tools, and collateral against plan.
  • Budget Tracking: Build and maintain a monthly budget tracker with visibility into committed spend, forecasted spend, and remaining budget by category - giving the Sr. Manager and broader leadership team a clear, current picture at all times.
  • Finance Partnership: Partner with finance on budget cycles, reforecasts, and end-of-quarter reconciliations. Flag variances early with a clear explanation and a recommended path forward - not a surprise at month-end.
  • Vendor Spend Management: Manage vendor spend against contracted SOWs - tracking invoices, approving POs, and ensuring the team operates within budget without sacrificing field readiness.
  • SOPs: Establish and document standard operating procedures for how the field team engages vendors, orders materials, manages field program budgets, and reports spend - reducing inconsistency across markets.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure all vendor relationships and field program expenditures comply with T-Mobile procurement policies, brand standards, and any applicable regulatory requirements - and that the field team has the guidance they need to stay compliant.
