T-Mobile is seeking a Field Marketing Operations & Field Programs Manager to build and sustain vendor infrastructure for field execution. You will own onboarding, procurement relationships, and contract renewals with a focus on compliance and performance.

You’ll also manage creative repositories, swag tooling, and scalable processes to support a distributed, high-volume team. This enablement role emphasizes operational excellence over visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience.
• 4+ years in marketing operations, vendor management, field programs, or related role.
• Experience managing vendor relationships end-to-end—from sourcing to onboarding to contract management and performance review.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end vendor lifecycle for field marketing partners.
• Develop and maintain onboarding criteria including capability fit, geographic coverage, pricing benchmarks, and compliance.
• Manage active vendor relationships with regular performance reviews and SLA tracking.
• Serve as the liaison between field marketing and procurement/legal for contracts, renewals, and timelines.
• Maintain a centralized vendor registry by category and geography.
